Is the class really free?
Yes. There is no charge to attend the live introductory class, and no payment information is required.
Who is the class for?
Adults who want to understand and use their iPhone more confidently. You do not need to be technically experienced.
Do I need any tech experience?
No. The teaching style is built for adults who prefer clear, patient, step by step instruction.
Do I need an iPhone?
The free class currently focuses on iPhone users. Ageless Tech Academy may offer education for additional devices and technologies separately.
Where is the class?
Live online using Zoom. You can join from your computer, tablet or phone at home.
What if I have never used Zoom before?
That is completely fine. We email you a single link along with simple, step-by-step joining instructions before the class, so you know exactly what to click.
Will I be able to ask questions?
Yes. Time is set aside for questions during the class. It is a group session, so it is not a personal troubleshooting appointment, but common questions are welcome and usually help everyone.
Is this a prerecorded webinar?
No. Elan teaches the class live.
What happens after I register?
